If you have a problem with our product,
our objective is to take the problem off your hands and hand you back a solution.
While we are committed to assisting our Customers, our ability to resolve problems with products made by others can be limited. We will always do everything possible to assist our Customers.
Sportsbike TYRE WARMERS WARRANTY:
If you have any problem with a Sportsbike Tyre Warmer, discuss it with us, we will
work hard to find a satisfactory solution. OFFICIALLY, Sportsbike Tyre Warmers have a 12 month
material and workmanship Warranty from the date of sale as stated on the Official Sales Invoice.
Sportsbike Warrants to the original consumer / purchaser that products are supplied
free from defects in material and workmanship. If a defect covered by this warranty
occurs, Sportsbike will replace or repair the product at its option, free of charge
excepting freight from you to us.

OTHER Sportsbike PRODUCTS WARRANTY:
Sportsbike Warrant to the original consumer / purchaser
that products are supplied free from defects
in material and workmanship. If a defect covered by this warranty

PARTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY.
Other than Tyre Warmers, Sportsbike's other products are
designed as competition products and as such, they are sold without
warranty. These products are sold as competition components for closed course racing
and as such carry NO WARRANTY. The use of these high performance
competition components other than for the originally intended use
and design is done so entirely at the purchasers and users own risk
and may render the motorcycle unsafe or illegal for use on public
PARTS AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTY WHERE Sportsbike IS AN AGENT, SELLER or DISTRIBUTOR.
Where Sportsbike is an Agent or reselling a product on behalf or another manufacturer, Sportsbike will pass on any Warranties offered with the equipment or parts by the manufacturer on the same terms and conditions as specified and offered by the manufacturer. Sportsbike will always use it's best endevours to secure replacement or repair on behalf of customers who experience difficulty with products purchased through Sportsbike.
USED AND EX-TEAM PARTS WARRANTY.
Excepting for Ex-Team Tyre Warmers which receive a 3 month Warranty, Sportsbike Warrant to the purchaser of
Used and Ex-Team Parts that Used and Ex-Team parts are supplied in good workable condition. If a defect
preventing use as intended and described by the purchaser is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Sportsbike will replace or repair the part at its option, free of charge excepting freight from you to us.
PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT WARRANTY CONDITION:
The undertaking to replace or repair any product will not apply if product or Packaging has been damaged, after sale to the
original consumer / purchaser, by negligence, by accident, due to unreasonable use,
due to modification, due to un authorised repair, tampering or by any other causes unrelated
to the defective materials or workmanship. A product will also not be replaced or refund given if the product was not initially purchased from Sportsbike.
Q: What if I am still not happy?
Not withstanding that there is no warranty on some parts, Sportsbike
is not unreasonable. Sportsbike will consider the situation and the relationship history with the customer and may at it's discretion after
reviewing a complaint, offer to refund the purchase of a product or replace the product or provide a Credit on another purchase.
In the event of any Refund, a 10% re-stocking fee and the cost of freight will be deleted from the amount refunded.
Purchase and Order Questions
Q: Do you have any Dealers in my area?
We have Dealers that make regular orders, Dealers will only have limited
stock and none will have the large range we have. You are welcome to ask your preferred dealer to contact us and order for you and we will supply to a
Dealer once they are approved. We welcome all Dealer inquiries and questions. We will also send direct to the Customer, this is the best way you can
purchase is direct from us.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order or vale unless specified as a Condition of a Sale or Special. There may however be some additional costs for small orders.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
We accept many forms of payment:
Internet (on-line) Bank Transfer.
Direct Deposit to our Bank Account.
Telegraphic Transfer (International your Bank to our Bank).
Australia Post Money Orders.
Western Union Payment System.
Credit Card Transaction.
For other payment methods - PLEASE ASK US.
Q: How do I work out how much my order will cost?
After you place an order, we will call to complete the order or email a Pro-forma Invoice showing; delivery address, products ordered, price details including Freight (and Taxes for Australian Residents) the usual delivery times and payment options..
If there are any Discounts available, we will advise you at that time.
Q: How long do orders take?
WE DELIVER. We have been trading since 1996 and we have
a very strict approach to orders. As soon as we recieve payment
into our account, we send the goods or commence manufacture with
delivery as discussed and agreed. If we have an anticipated delay,
we will tell you at the time of order. If an unexpected
delay is encountered, we advise you. Essentially we do what we say
we will do.
Availability of items ordered will fall into 3 general categories:
a. We have the part in stock and will dispatch the same day or the day after we receive your payment.
b. The part is not in stock, we will usually order the item between 1 - 2 Business Days after you make payment to us. In this case we usually receive delivery 4 - 14 days after we order depending on the supplier. We will dispatch to you the same day or the day after we receive the order.
c. You are ordering a custom made part, we will usually order or commence manufacture between 1 - 2 Business Days after you make payment to us. The Factory will manufacture the order for you and this can take between 4 - 9 weeks depending on the Suppler, their other manufacturing commitments and Shipping duration to us.
In every respect, the sooner you confirm the order and make payment, the sooner you will have your order.
If there is any variation, we will tell you BUT we are a small Team and it is not possible to give Customers 'Daily updates' on orders, we prefer to get your 'correct' order here and sent to you, that is our focus.
Q: How do you Freight and what are the Freight Costs?
In Australia we send by Australia Post or by Courier. We can send by Next Day Post, Post - Signature required or Ordinary Post. Ask us to quote on Freight when ordering. If you have a preferred Carrier then please send us your Account details and we will arrange to send through your preferred Carrier.
For overseas orders we will use Australia Post or a Freight Company like TNT or DHL. If you have a preferred Carrier then please send us your Account details and we will arrange to send through your preferred Carrier.
Australia Post has proven to provide a very reliable service and there has been little reported damage or loss. If you require Insurance let us know and we will add the cost to the Freight.
The cost will be our best estimate of what it will cost to send to you when you place the order. We can not calculate the true and exact cost, the Cost will include our costs for packing and transport, sometimes it will cost less than we charge and on many more occassions, it will cost more and we will pay the difference.
Q: What about Taxes?
We will comply with your request to describe the contents of a
package. Although Export Orders sometimes attract local Taxes and
Duties when they arrive in your country, in our experience, mostly
you do not get charged, but we can not guarantee it. You are responsible
for any local Customs Duties and Taxes. Australian Residents must
add 10% GST to all parts and freight prices.
Q: Can I purchase Gift Vouchers for Sportsbike Products?
Yes you can. If you fill out the Order Form indicating you wish
to order a Gift Voucher, we will arrange it for you. Gift Vouchers
are available from AUD $100 in increments of AUD $100. After receiving
payment for the Gift Voucher, we will e-mail it to you. We will
also send a PIN to you separately to verify the Gift Voucher. You
can either print out the Gift Voucher from the e-mail to give to
the lucky person or e-mail it to them. We recommend that you send
the PIN separately. When they order from us they can either e-mail
us the e-Voucher or provide the e-Voucher number on the order form.
All e-Vouchers are numbered and recorded at the time of issue and
we require the PIN to be quoted for verification.
Q: Do you give Vouchers for Sportsbike Products to Motorcycle
Clubs and Charities?
Yes we do. We value the role Motorcycle Clubs and Charities play
in our community and will consider and possibly approve applications
on their merit. Just contact Sportsbike.
Q: Will your Air Filters work with the standard Ducati Airbox/airtubes?
Sportsbike Air Filters will work with any Air Box / Duct
sizes that we know Ducati have made. Our Air Boxes are similar to
the Corsa and the filters fit them so they should other Air Boxes
without a problem.
Tire Warmer, Tyre Warmer Questions
Q: How do Tyre Warmers work?
Put simply, a Tyre Warmer has three main functions: to pre-heat
the tyre for greater adhesion, to enable longer tyre life by reducing
cold shredding and to enable the rider to accelerate harder through
the first turns because the front tyre will stick and the rear tyre
will drive. It is unfortunate and a sad reality that most people
when buying Tyre Warmers buy based on price and mostly they are
wasting their money. A good set of Tyre Warmers can double the life
of your tyres and increase your confidence. If you race that means
you can get better starts and lower costs, you can easily pay for
the Warmers from what you save in the first year. If you Ride at
Track Days, it enables you to lower costs, increase confidence and
get more riding out of each session. If you are a serious racer
or a professional, it means your tyres can last full race distance
and be in the best condition for when it counts.
Q: Why Sportsbike Tyre Warmers?
They actually do what a Tyre Warmer is supposed to do and they
do it exceptionally well. Through hours of testing, through working
along side Tyre Technicians at World Superbike and by talking to
top riders, we have found a way of heating a tyre evenly, consistently
and to the 'right' temperature. We know what goes into a Tyre Warmer
and what is needed to achieve the best performance from the tyre
and increase confidence for the rider. We use quality materials
and an intensive back up service to provide what we believe is the
best Tyre Warmer available. No rider, from club racer to World Championship
contender, can be competitive without good tyre warmers and Sportsbike
have a level of Tyre Warmer to fit every riders budget and intention.
If you go onto a start line with the intention of loosing and finding
it difficult for the first two laps, you probably are in the wrong
place, you don't need Tyre Warmers and probably should not be racing.

Q: Do you repair Tyre Warmers?
We will do our best to repair any make of Tyre Warmer. They do not need to be Sportsbike Tyre Warmers
for us to help a rider and make repairs. Please understand that they need to be repairable and many 'chep' Brands of Tyre Warmers are not designed to be accessable for repair or anr not made to be repaired. We will always do what we can to help people.
