The Nichols Engine Breather will stop the oily mess that collects on the rear of the Ducati engine. This three piece assembly is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum bar, clear anodized, and seals positively with an O-ring. The reed valve is made from G-10 thermoplastic. Unlike a reed made of carbon fiber, a reed made from G-10 will flex without cracking.
The Nichols Engine Breather fits all Ducatis from 1991 to present and is the only product of its kind which is supplied with a spanner wrench, it takes only minutes to install. This assembly promotes better breathing and significantly improves the return of oil to the engine's crankcase.

Your stock Clutch Basket weighs around 6 Kilos and causes premature wear of the tabs on the friction plates of your clutch, because it only contacts 55% of the available tab area.
The Nichols Clutch Basket is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, hard anodized and teflon coated. Nichols use a steel ring (not shown) to prevent separation of the fingers at extended high rpms. Nichols supurb design makes use of more than 90% of the available tab area on the friction plates. This clutch can be run "dry" or "wet". Remove around 3 Kilos of rotating mass from your clutch assembly with the Nichols Clutch Basket.

Nichols Manufacturing was the first to develop and manufacture aluminum flywheels for Ducatis and manufacturer six types of flywheels. The Nichols Flywheel decreases rotating mass to enable faster RPM increase and reduces the gyroscopic effect of the components, which means your motorcycle will move from side to side with less effort.
Your stock flywheel weighs more than 4 pounds. Nichols flywheels weigh 9 to 12 ounces(!) depending on the application. They are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and use steel inserts to trigger the timing sensors. The assemblies are balanced. These flywheels will free up existing horsepower and torque, and increase engine braking. Also availabe are Nichols Lock Nuts which are strongly recommended.
