Peter Martin is racing the Sportsbike - DUCATIONLY Ducati 1198S in the Televised Australian Pro-Thunder Championships
and Australian BEARS (British, European & American Racing Series) Nationals.

In 2011 Sportsbike in conjunction with Technical Partner Ducationly plan to contest all of the Australian Pro-Thunder Championship and Australian BEARS Nationals. We also plan to contest selected St George Clubman Road Race Championship and Victorian Road Race Championship rounds with Peter Martin (from Sydney) as rider on a Ducati 1198S.

With this race program, we have a balance between maximising exposure and managing resources. We are going to give ourselves the greatest possibility of success and the best exposure possible. The Australian Pro-Thunder Championship will receive television coverage over six rounds. The St George Clubman, the BEARS Nationals and Victorian Titles will have a volume of both established and aspiring riders from all parts of Australia attending, this will be an opportunity to showcase both products and Sponsors.
