The Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC radiator consists of aluminium cooling fins and internal core containing pumped coolant - the fins easily bend and can block the passage of air, which could lead to the engine overheating. Also, the core can be holed by debris, such as a stone. This is usually the result of debris being picked up by the bike's front tyre or a bike \/ car in front and flung directly into the radiator.
