Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Our pricing policy includes free standard parcel shipping for all domestic purchases.  The items are warehoused in Sydney with standard parcel deliverys times ranging from 2-6 business days for most parcels.  Shipments can be upgraded to an express parcel service and this can be requested in the notes at the time of order placement. 

For International purchases, shipping costs will be quoted prior to order completion.  We have access to a number of delivery options.  Our primary international shipping service is Australia Post International Parcel.  For more information, please do not hesitate to Contact Us to discuss how best we can meet your needs. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Returns Policy

All products are distributed from our premises in good order and in working condition. If there is a problem with the condition of orders received and we are unable to arrange replacement under Warranty or offer a suitable replacement product/s, and we have been advised within 24 hours of the receipt of your order that there was a problem, we will process a Refund. All cancellation returns will attract 10% re-stocking fee and any freight or charges paid will not be refunded. Refunds will only occur after the goods have been returned to Sportsbike.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund subject to the above conditions. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
