The CLEAR EVO LED Clutch Cover represents the pinnacle of DUCABIKE’s engineering and design — combining high-performance materials, advanced machining, and striking visual appeal.
Entirely machined from a solid block of lightweight aluminium alloy using CNC 3D processing, it ensures maximum precision, strength, and longevity.

The surface is treated with coloured anodisation for enhanced protection against wear and corrosion, while the high-performance plastic viewport provides excellent mechanical and thermal resistance.

Equipped with a dedicated LED outer ring kit, this clutch cover illuminates the clutch assembly, allowing it to be seen spinning even in low-light or night conditions. The system is engineered for easy installation and long-term reliability, complete with:
• Battery connection cables
• Control unit for voltage management
• Self-resetting fuse
• On/off switch

The entire assembly is waterproof, heat-resistant, and protected with a fibreglass-sheathed wiring harness to guarantee durability even under extreme conditions.

Its innovative outer ring design allows clutch and disc pack replacement without fully disassembling the engine cover, simplifying maintenance and reducing service time.
Delivered ready for installation, it includes all required hardware and replaces the OEM cover without any modification required.

Note: The dedicated pressure plate and spring retainer are sold separately.
