Order Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Requests to cancel an order must be made in writing to Sportsbike via email and are subject to confirmation.
- A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value may apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
Special Orders
- Special orders are items that are not stocked locally, and/or are out of stock at the time of purchase and must be sourced directly from our suppliers.
- Once a special order has been shipped from the supplier, it cannot be cancelled, as the product is procured specifically for the customer.
Customised or Personalised Products
- Customised or personalised items (including products with custom colours, logos, or branding) are made to order and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Please review all specifications and details carefully prior to placing an order for customised products.
Sportsbike-Initiated Cancellations
Sportsbike reserves the right to cancel an order (in whole or in part) due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Supplier stock unavailability
- Errors in product description or pricing
- Inability to process payment
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
Refunds for Cancellations
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees, if already incurred, are non-refundable.
Consumer Rights
This cancellation policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded by Sportsbike.
