The Akrapovic Evolution Line complete exhaust system is specifically developed for DUCATI PANIGALE V2 / PANIGALE V2 S 2025 - 2026 and designed exclusively for use on racing circuits. The system combines materials proven in racing with technical solutions developed by Akrapovic to achieve high performance, reduced weight and a deep, sporty sound.
The Evolution Line uses high-quality lightweight Titanium throughout the entire exhaust system. The construction uses materials derived from racing experience and allows a substantial weight reduction compared to the original system.
The system uses two Exhaust Mufflers inspired by Moto3 racing motorcycles, positioned on either side of the rear of the motorcycle. The Exhaust Mufflers feature sandblasted outer sleeves and dedicated end caps, complemented by a handmade Carbon Fiber heat shield to protect the rider's equipment.
The racing design is further enhanced by the laser-engraved Akrapovic logo and the distinctive honeycomb-structure outlet grille. The system also uses oval exhaust flanges produced in Akrapovic's in-house Titanium foundry.

The system is designed exclusively for use on racing circuits and does not meet the emissions compliance requirements for road or highway use.
The sound level declared by Akrapovic is approximately 102.2 dB at 5375 rpm, while in the configuration without the noise-reducing insert it reaches approximately 103 dB at 5375 rpm.

This complete system has been developed exclusively for use on DUCATI PANIGALE V2 / PANIGALE V2 S in the applications specified by Akrapovic.
According to tests carried out on Akrapovic's in-house dynamometer, the system provides a maximum power increase of 7 kW, equal to approximately 9.5 hp, at 10000 rpm compared to the original configuration.
The declared maximum torque increase is 8.9 Nm at 6000 rpm, with improved performance throughout the entire engine power delivery range.
The total weight of the Akrapovic system is approximately 4.29 kg, with a 7 kg reduction compared to the original exhaust, equal to approximately 62%.
ECU remapping is mandatory after installation.
On Euro 5+ motorcycles equipped with 2 lambda sensors, Akrapovic specifies that the engine warning light may illuminate after installation of the Evolution Line due to the detected variation compared to the original catalytic converter parameters.
