The Akrapovic Evolution Line Complete Exhaust System is a system developed specifically by the Akrapovic Racing Department in collaboration with HRC for HONDA CBR1000RR-R FIREBLADE / SP 2024 - 2026 motorcycles prepared for competition use. The system is intended exclusively for installation on motorcycles equipped with the HRC kit for CBR1000RR-R SC82/2024+ and used on racing circuits.
The Evolution Line uses high-quality lightweight Titanium and different alloys selected according to the temperatures and stresses present in the various exhaust sections. This construction makes it possible to optimize performance, weight, resistance to high temperatures and durability in the most demanding racing conditions.
The Exhaust Muffler features a sandblasted finish and a special surface coating designed to increase its resistance during competition use. The system is completed by an Aluminum Exhaust Muffler bracket with a black finish and a Carbon Fiber heat shield designed to protect the rider's clothing from high temperatures.
The Akrapovic logo is applied using a special high-temperature-resistant technology, while the exhaust flanges are cast directly in the Akrapovic in-house foundry. Every element of the system is designed with a specifically racing-oriented approach.

The system is designed exclusively for use on motorcycles prepared for competition and circuits closed to traffic. The product does not meet the emissions compliance requirements for road or highway use.
The system complies with the sound limits of 107 dB +3, according to measurements carried out by Akrapovic engineers using the FIM method.

Important note
This complete system was developed exclusively for HONDA CBR1000RR-R FIREBLADE SP by the Akrapovic Racing Department in collaboration with HRC and is intended for installation on motorcycles prepared with the HRC kit for CBR1000RR-R SC82/2024+.
The exhaust system is NOT compatible with a HONDA CBR1000RR-R in its original configuration. The motorcycle must be prepared according to the HRC configuration specified for racing use.
The system uses different Titanium alloys selected according to the operating temperatures of the different exhaust sections, with the aim of optimizing performance, weight and durability in competition conditions.
The Exhaust Muffler undergoes sandblasting and a special surface treatment to ensure greater resistance in the most demanding racing conditions.
The product is not compatible with the Suter swingarm in the standard configuration. Akrapovic makes a specific optional Link Pipe compatible with the Suter swingarm available separately.
Akrapovic also makes some optional components for the system available separately. For the possible use of lambda plugs, it is necessary to check the manufacturer's technical diagram.
