The Akrapovic Evolution Line full exhaust system is an exhaust system specifically developed for HONDA CBR1000RR-R Fireblade / SP 2024 - 2026 by the Akrapovic racing department in collaboration with HRC. The system is designed exclusively to be installed together with the HRC kit for CBR1000RR-R (SC82/2024+) and on motorcycles prepared for track and competition use.
The Evolution Line uses materials developed for racing applications, combining high-quality titanium and reduced weight with different specific alloys to optimise every section of the system in terms of performance, weight and durability.
The system is made with a Titanium Exhaust Muffler, subjected to sandblasting and surface treatment to increase its resistance under the most demanding operating conditions. The system is also equipped with black-finished aluminium Exhaust Muffler brackets and a carbon fibre heat shield, designed to protect the rider's clothing from high temperatures.
The exhaust flanges are manufactured by casting at the Akrapovic in-house foundry. The system is developed for a competition-prepared motorcycle and combines lightweight construction, high-performance materials and technical solutions derived directly from Akrapovic's experience in international competitions.
Homologation
Product not homologated for road use.
The system complies with the 107 dB +3 noise limits, according to measurements carried out by Akrapovic engineers using the FIM method. The product does not meet the emission requirements for road or motorway use.
