The Akrapovic Evolution Line complete exhaust system is an exhaust system specifically developed for TRIUMPH STREET TRIPLE 765 R/RS 2025, designed exclusively for use on racing circuits. The system combines competition-proven materials and technical solutions developed by Akrapovic to optimise performance, weight and durability.
The Evolution Line uses high-quality lightweight titanium and several specific alloys, designed to optimise every section of the system. The construction was developed with particular attention to weight reduction and resistance under the most demanding operating conditions.
The system is completed by a handcrafted carbon fiber heat shield, a aluminum Exhaust Muffler bracket with a black finish and a treated outer Exhaust Muffler sleeve designed to provide greater resistance to high temperatures and racing conditions.
A special link pipe with resonator has been developed to achieve optimal performance from the complete system. To ensure precise installation, a header design derived from Akrapovic's experience in top-level racing has been used. The exhaust flanges are produced by casting at the Akrapovic in-house foundry.
Homologation
Product not homologated for road use.
The system is developed exclusively for use on racing circuits. Noise measurements carried out by Akrapovic engineers using the FIM method recorded a sound level below the FIM limit of 107 dB. The product does not meet the emissions compliance requirements for road or highway use.
