What is a Race-option Evotech Brake Protector Kit for?
Combining the benefits of replacement bar end weights and a lever guard covering the right hand brake lever, Evotech Brake Protector Kit for the BMW S 1000 RR are a stylish addition to the handlebar ends. Using Evotech’s sleek, compact Race handlebar weights, an Evotech lever protector is added to the right hand weight. Brake protectors such as this are often a requirement for race or track days in the UK. To ensure an accurate fit, the handlebar ends have a model-specific installation design.
Note: When fitting Evotech Brake Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. Evotech Brake Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.
