What is Spindle Bobbins Crash Protection?

Giving crash protection to the front wheel spindle, lower front forks, rear swingarm and brake calipers, EP Spindle Bobbins Kit for the Ducati Streetfighter V4 SP2 are discreet yet strong. The black bobbins are fitted neatly either side of the front spindle, held in place by a rolled-thread spindle rod. At the rear, the spindle bobbin projects from the wheel offering protection to the swingarm, an anodised red hub stop securing the stainless steel rod in place. The durable materials of injection-moulded nylon and aluminium are designed to be first to receive impact should an incident occur, reducing expensive damage.
