What is Spindle Bobbins Crash Protection?

Offering protection to the front wheel spindle, lower front forks and brake calipers, EP spindle bobbins for the Ducati XDiavel Dark are discreet yet strong. The black bobbins sit precisely either side of the front spindle, held in place by a rolled-thread spindle rod. At the rear, the spindle bobbin projects from the wheel offering protection to the swingarm, an anodised red hub stop securing the stainless steel rod in place. The durable materials of injection-moulded nylon and aluminium are designed to be first to receive impact should an incident occur.
