Why should I cover the Race radiator of my R9 with an Evotech Guard?

A damaged radiator from road debris or unexpected impacts can lead to unwanted break downs or costly repair bills. The Evotech Radiator Guard has a unique design for the Yamaha YZF-R9: precision-shaped for an accurate fit, scalloped to follow the curve of the machine, TPU installation and rubber bungs to cushion the EP rad guard should an impact occur. CNC-machined from aluminium with a durable powder-coating, the hexagonal matrix of holes allows consistent air flow whilst maintaining strength.
