Rapid Bike EVO for Royal Enfield Continental 535 GT and Bullet 500 range.
This tuning device improves the performance with a 10% to 15% power increase over the rev range and a much more consistent throttle response. In addition, it adjusts the injection in real time and improves the map continuously. In other words it will suit suit modifications such as an open exhaust or air filter.
Thanks to its qualities, Rapid Bike EVO can also help with common Royal Enfield issues, such as flat-spots and spark plug failures.
Please take a look to the dyno graph. As shown in the two tests, Rapid Bike EVO represents an excelent tuning solution for Royal Enfield models.
The lines represent the power delivery at different throttle openings, at 26% and full throttle. In the first one there is already a great improvement, but at WOT it is easy to notice the improvement over 3000 rpm. Simply put, much better power delivery at every range, on both the Continental 535 GT and Bullet 500.
All the Rapid Bike units are developed to suit a specific application. The Royal Enfield tuning module is not exception. At the same time Rapid Bike EVO can be re-programmed. Consequently, it will suit each listed model with the harness to suit.
